摘要 干拌砂浆又称干混砂浆、干粉砂浆。是将水泥、砂、矿物掺合料和功能性添加剂按一定比例，在专业生产厂于干燥状态下均匀拌制，混合成的一种颗粒状或粉末状态混合物，然后以干粉包装或散装的形式运至工地，按规定比例加水拌和后即可直接使用的干粉砂浆材料。
勾缝剂又叫嵌缝剂、填缝剂，作为干混砂浆的主要品种，仅几十年来在国内的发展也取得了长足的进步，其品种不断的完善更新，如墙面勾缝剂、陶瓷墙地砖嵌缝剂、保温填充材料泡沫填缝剂、塑钢门窗填缝剂等等，近年来又出现了彩色瓷砖填缝剂，勾缝剂的组分也不断更新，从最初的白水泥，石膏，现在又出现了聚氨酯等有机胶凝材料。
但是对于勾缝剂的基础研究，如基本组分和其性能的关系等的研究还很少，本课题正是在这种条件下立项的，本课题的主要探讨勾缝剂基本组分和其性能的关系，主要研究的是干混砂浆中的水泥基勾缝剂，由无机胶合料，矿物掺合料和添加剂按一定比例混合而成，添加剂主要有憎水组分，塑化减水组分，膨胀组分，引气组分等组合而成。采用模拟国外产品的手段，参照行业标准相结合的实验方法研制出了一种新型的防水勾缝剂有效提高外墙防渗性能，可初步解决由于墙面勾缝问题而产生的墙体渗漏现象。施工操作简便，效果美观。由于产品以砂浆干粉混料形式提供，产品计量准确，解决了现场配制难以把握，影响质量的问题。
本课题研制的防水抗渗勾缝剂，争取能为勾缝剂乃至干混砂浆进一步发展做出贡献。

Construction is easy and simple to handle, the result is beautiful . Because the products are offered in the form of mortar dry powder compounding, the products are measured accurately, solve and compound live difficultly with assurance, influence the question of quality.
What this subject is developed colludes to sew the pharmaceutical waterproofly and imperviously, striving for can make a contribution to colluding and sew the pharmaceutical and even do to drift along the further development of mortar .
